orientation, we’ll fly you to our 3-day orientation event where you’ll stay in a luxury hotel. At orientation you’ll learn everything
you need to know to have a great, long-lasting career at Koch.
When finished we’ll put you on the road in a newly detailed, late-model truck and get you out on the road as soon as possible.

Koch proudly offers qualified applicants a no-money down Lease Purchase program! You can own a late model Volvo and/or International with an APU, extended equipment warranty and parts at 10% over cost as well as our competitive shop rates billed on work hours.
